After losing an internship due to COVID, Wayne helped me find a role within a couple of weeks at Saltwater VC. Wayne introduced me to multiple design opportunities during that summer that gave me the experience I needed to eventually land internships at Wish and Microsoft.

My time at Pave was incredibly valuable. Wayne and Jacob taught me valuable skills throughout my internship that prepared me for full time recruiting. They also gave me great context on what companies look for when hiring candidates. This helped me land a job at Google, and will surely help me throughout my career.

Wayne’s mentorship has accelerated my career trajectory. I interned on Wayne’s team in 2019, and he taught me how to navigate a large org, influence decision makers, and deliver impact, fast. After my internship, Wayne boosted my confidence and job search expectations. We updated my resume, designed a portfolio, and interview prepped for 2 months. This resulted in an APM job offer at Atlassian, where I was the 1st onsite hire of 3k applicants. Wayne’s still a tremendous mentor, friend, and I’m grateful for his support.

Wayne and the Pave team guided me through the most seamless and transparent hiring process I’ve ever experienced. Thanks to Pave’s responsive communication and feedback, my interview process was a valuable learning experience that helped me find a fantastic company and job fit in record time. Wayne taught me a lot about the job admissions process. I learned all the aspects of the interview process and about the timeline. When the time came for me to prepare for the job process, I was ahead of the timeline and prepared. I was also surrounded by and had access to other product management interns, high achieving tech students, and accomplished professionals that I learned a lot from. I worked as an intern at Pave. My time at Pave was very educational and filled with valuable mentorship. I was given a lot of independence, which allowed me to grow and be pushed out of my comfort zone.

Pave connected me with a great mentor working in the healthcare industry which I aimed to break in. We spent time talking about my career goals and how to achieve them. When real opportunities arise, she gave me insightful advice on how to grab them in an efficient manner without sacrificing work-life balance. She also connected me with another woman in tech to share her experience applying for a job and handling difficult situations in male-dominated workplace. My mentor also helped to revise my resume which then received much more attention from potential employers. Pave then offered me a quantitative research intern position. My manager at Pave was not solely a manager, she's a dedicated mentor from whom I learned a lot about study design and sentimental data analysis. I feel grateful for what Pave has offered me. I believe the mentorship and internship experiences contribute greatly to my current full time offer as a research analyst. Thank you, Pave!

I was overwhelmed by trying to navigate the internship landscape with no prior experience. Thanks to Pave, I found an internship which I love and was able to explore my passion for data science.
